Amway products include Nutrilite nutrition products, XS products, Artistry beauty and skincare products, personal care products, HomeTech products and Home Care products.
1.Last Order / Pickup Time
*If the goods cannot be picked up within the specified time, the order will be cancelled and the relevant amount will be returned by cash e-voucher.
2.The minimum purchase amount of each order is HK$100.
3.After successful payment with credit card, customers will receive an SMS prompting that the order has been placed successfully; after successful processing of the order by the Merchandising Centres, you will also be notified by SMS to pick up the goods.
4.Only applicable to paid orders and pick up orders at Merchandising Centers.
5.Purchase of BathSpring™ Bathroom Water Treatment System, Atmosphere Sky™ Air Treatment System, Amway Queen™ Cookware Set and sales aids products is not applicable to New Territories Merchandising Centre.
6.The government has implemented plastic bag levy. Customers who want to buy plastic bags should purchase them when they place an order.
Simply log in to the website, select the pickup center, and you will receive an SMS notification for delivery after the order is placed.
If the orders are not picked up within the specified time, the order will be cancelled and the relevant payment will be refunded in e-Credit Voucher. The e-Credit Voucher is valid for one year.

1) Free home delivery for orders at HK$1,300 or above. Subject to a handling charge of HK$100 for orders below the specified amount.
2) Free self-collection service at S.F. Self-Collection Points, EF Locker, 7-11 Convenience Store and OK Convenience Store for online orders at HK$600 or above. Subject to a handling charge of HK$50 for orders below the specified amount.
Through AmShop or AmwayHub, upon purchasing any Amway products worth HK$600 or above, you can enjoy the option of picking up your purchased goods from "SF Store", "EF Locker" or "Convenience Store" at your preferred time and location.
1.Pick up service at SF Store is not applicable to orders of eSpring Water Purifier (SKU no.: 0188), Atmosphere Sky Air Treatment System (SKU no.: 0539), Atmosphere Drive Car Air Treatment System (SKU no.: 1637), BathSpring Bathroom Water Treatment System (SKU no.: 9353), LAKONIA Extra Virgin Olive Oil (SKU no.:8986), Amway Queen Cookware Set (SKU no.: 3821) and all XS energy drinks.
2.Due to size restriction, pick up service at EF Locker and Convenience Store is only applicable to ARTISTRY, Nutrilite and personal care products (promotion items are not applicable).
3.Purchase amount at HK$600 or below will subject to a handling charge of HK$50.
4.SF self-collection service does not include checking of goods. If there is any damage and quantity difference, please call Amway Delivery Hotline at 2969 6300 to make a declaration within 4 working days after receipt. Overdue will not be accepted.
5.If the selected EF Locker is full, SF Express has the right to deliver the products to other EF Lockers or SF Stores in the same district.
6.For late collection or change of self-collection point, SF Express may charge additional fees.
7.In general, pick up must be completed within 30 hours and 3 days for EF Locker and SF Store respectively, please refer to SF Express' SMS as final.

Distributors/Privileged Customers may change the address online and place delivery orders. If the orders are placed offline at the Merchandising Centres, only the Platinum and up leaders can fill out the form to change on behalf of the downline group.
Night-time Delivery Schedule: 6:00pm – 9:00pm Monday to Friday (Not applicable to the last day of each month, no delivery service on Sundays and Public Holidays)
Night-time delivery is not available in the following area:

For all delivery orders that have been paid but failed to be delivered, Amway will charge 10% of the payment as an administrative fee.
Online purchase requires your own password to log in. If you have the password of your downline, you can handle it between you and your downline.
Platinum leaders can click "Change the Buyer" field online and enter the buyer number (Platinum leaders can only purchase on behalf of their downline, no e-vouchers in the membership can be used).
Amway (Hong Kong) offers its Privileged Customers and Distributors Satisfaction Guarantee for specified periods. Distributors and Privileged Customers have respectively 90 and 30 days to determine if the products are satisfactory and if you want to keep it. If within such applicable period you decide that the products are not satisfactory, you may return or exchange it upon presentation of the original sales receipt or delivery order receipt to any of the Amway Merchandising Centres. Refund will be made by cash e-voucher and it may take 1-5 working days. For product returns, customers are required to return all the gifts with the product, otherwise Amway will deduct the respective gift value from the refund.
Product information, audio-visual materials, forms, all kinds of accessories and all kinds of sales aid products. All products (including those without BV) can be returned only when they have withdrawn from the Distributorship / Privileged Customer membership.
Refund will be made by cash e-voucher and it may take 1-5 working days. Distributors and Privileged Customers have respectively 90 and 30 days to determine if the products are satisfactory and if you want to exchange or return the products.

Upon purchasing eSpring Water Purifier, customers can join the Amway Extended Warranty Scheme at HK$750/MOP774 to receive an additional 2 years of warranty service; they must join within the 2-year basic warranty period and each product can only join once.
Warranty scheme includes in-home and centre repair services, replacement parts (excluding consumables such as filter, diverter and tubing) and free checkup service on the first year. In-home repair service does not include change of filter and tubing, and products that have been subjected to any abuse, accident, physical damage, improper installation or application, alternation, neglect, or any damage due to improper repair, modification, alteration or maintenance by anyone other than an authorized service warranty representative of Amway Hong Kong.

You can choose 1) Go to the Amway Merchandising Centres in person: Please bring along the eSpring Water Purifier and its accessories (including tubing, diverter valves, electrical plugs, filters, electronic modules, etc.). For Atmosphere Sky Air Treatment System, customers only need to bring the body (without the filters) and go to Amway Experience Centre for inspection and maintenance.
Or 2) Reserve for Amway's after-sales service: please call Amway Service Hotline at 2969 6300 and then press (1)and (1), or send a message to 6680 7773 via WhatsApp. For WhatsApp reservation, please provide your name, contact number and required services (In generally, reservation received before 4pm on working days will be replied via phone call or WhatsApp on the same day. Otherwise, your message will be replied on the next working day).
i-repair is for eSpring Water Purifier only. Business hour: 11:30am to 5:30pm on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays). Please bring along the Water Purifier and go to Amway Experience Centre for maintenance. You can pick up the Water Purifier in 2 hours. For other products, maintenance will be completed by the next working day and we will contact you when it is ready.
In-home repair: HK$250; Centre repair: HK$150 (excluding parts). If the cost of the parts is over HK$300, we will provide a quotation by telephone.
