CORE PLUS+ INCENTIVE PROGRAM

The Amway Core Plus discretionary incentives program is the new, global program designed to complement the Amway ABO Compensation Plan (the Core Plan). Core Plus+ incentives can help business owners start earning more from their first sale, and rewards can keep growing as an ABO’s business does.

Customer Sales Incentive (Monthly Bonus)
Incentives

Depends on the Performance Bonus percentage level of that month. Verified Customer Sales x (10% minus Distributors’ monthly Performance Bonus percentage level).

Target

Distributors whose Performance Bonus level is below 12%.

 

Eligibility

Gain “Verified Customer Sales” in any month, can earn up to 10% on Verified Customer Sales as Customer Sales Incentive.

This discretionary incentive is automatic money in addition to any retail margin.

Eligibility

Bronze Foundation Incentive rewards Distributor to build a team at early stage. Distributors whose highest Performance Bonus percentage level is 9% or above is eligible to earn this incentive. Details of Bronze Foundation Incentive in PF2020/2021 are as follow:

Distributors whose highest Performance Bonus percentage level is 12% or below in PF2019/2020.

Qualified Recipients whose Performance Bonus percentage level is 9% or above; and at least personally or foster sponsored 3 legs who achieve 3% Performance Bonus level or above; and generate 100 Personal PV or more of that month (must include 50 Verified Customer Sales PV). Qualifiers will receive 30% of Monthly Performance Bonus as “Bronze Foundation Incentive”. Every Distributorship can receive up to 12 months of “Bronze Foundation Incentive” for rolling 18 months, counting from the first month of qualification.

Notes:

  1. If Distributors are qualified for Bronze Builder Incentive at the same time, they can receive both Bronze Foundation Incentive and Bronze Builder Incentive at the same time.
  2. The maximum Bronze Foundation Incentive bonus of each Distributorship every month is HK$20,500.

Eligibility

The Bronze Builder Incentive encourages Distributors to build a sustainable business. Distributors whose highest Performance Bonus percentage level is 15% or above is eligible to earn this incentive. Details of Bronze Builder Incentive in PF2020/2021 are as follow:

Distributors who have not qualified for Gold Producer from September 2014 to the first Bronze Producer month

Qualified Recipients whose Performance Bonus percentage level is 15% or above; and at least personally or foster sponsored 3 legs who achieve 6% Performance Bonus level or above; and generate 100 Personal PV or more of that month (must include 50 Verified Customer Sales PV), will receive 40% of Monthly Performance Bonus as “Bronze Builder Incentive”. Every Distributorship can receive up to 12 months of “Bronze Builder Incentive” for rolling 18 months, counting from the first month of qualification.

 

Notes:

  1. If Distributors are qualified for Bronze Builder Incentive at the same time, they can receive both Bronze Foundation Incentive and Bronze Builder Incentive at the same time.
  2. The maximum Bronze Builder Incentive bonus of each Distributorship every month is HK$27,000.
Personal Group Growth Incentive (Annual Bonuses)

Notes:

  1. Attaining Q10 or Q11 with an annual Group PV (VE) of 144,000 or attaining Q10 or Q11 with an annual Personal Group PV (GPV) of 120,000 in last Performance Fiscal (PF) is equivalent to Founders Platinum qualification, but meanwhile Ruby Volume must be no less than 48,000, then PQ months are counted based on the actual number of qualified Silver Producer month, (that is PQ10 or PQ11).
  2. The maximum bonus amount of Personal Group Growth Incentive for each Distributorship is HK$160,000.
Eligibility

Personal Group Growth Incentive rewards Silver Producer and up Distributors who Strive to drive business growth. Details of Personal Growth Incentive are as follows:

Distributors who are qualified for Silvery Producer or above, and have increased or maintained their total Personal Qs (PQ) over the last Performance Fiscal (PF) baseline

Required Annual Ruby Volume

Q1 - Q6 : Average 4,000 Ruby PV per month

Q7 - Q12 : 48,000 Ruby PV

Countable PQ:

If the PQ months attained by PQ1-PQ6 qualifiers are less than qualified Silver Producer months, Personal Group Growth Incentive will be calculated based on the highest Performance Bonus level of the PQ months.

If the annual Ruby Volume attained by PQ7-PQ12 qualifiers is less than 48,000, they will still receive the corresponding PQ1-PQ6 Personal Group Growth Incentive based on the Ruby Volume and PQ months they have met.

Frontline Growth Incentive (Annual Bonuses)
Incentives

Bonus amount is based on designated bonus ratio of Annual Monthly Core Plan Bonuses earned by Distributors. Annual Monthly Core Plan Bonuses include:

Monthly Performance Bonus, Ruby Bonus, Pearl Bonus, 6% Leadership Bonus (International Leadership Bonus is not included); and

3% Leadership Bonus and 4% Leadership Bonus (generated by foster sponsored downline groups only)

Notes:

  1. Distributor himself/herself must attain 12 qualified Silver Producer months in one performance year or attain 10 or 11 qualified Silver Producer months with an annual total PV (VE) of 144,000 in PF2021/2022 or attain Q10 or Q11 with an annual Personal Group PV (GPV) of 120,000.
  2. Attaining Q10 or Q11 with an annual total PV (VE) of 144,000 or Q10 or Q11 with an annual Personal Group PV (GPV) of 120,000 by downline Founders Platinum Distributor Groups will count 12 qualified silver producer months to upline Distributors.
  3. Qualified Emerald Direct Distributors must also be recipients of Emerald Bonus to receive 30% or 40% of Frontline Growth Incentive. Otherwise, only 10% or 20% of Frontline Growth Incentive will be applied.
  4. The maximum bonus amount of Frontline Growth Incentive of each Distributorship is HK$480,000.
Eligibility

Distributors who are qualified Founders Platinum and up in current Performance Fiscal (PF); and

Personally or foster sponsored legs who can maintain or increase total number of qualified Silver Producer months (a maximum of one qualified Silver Producer month will be counted for each leg); and

Have earned HK$12,000 or above annual Leadership Bonus; and

Accumulate at least 48,000 annual Ruby Volume.

Two-Time Cash Incentive (Annual Bonuses)
Incentives

Eligibility

Qualified for new achievement awards in the performance year and re-qualified for the same award or even higher in the next performance year.

Remarks:

  1. The definition of first-time qualifying for new award: Platinum to Founders Sapphire refers to Distributors who have never qualified for the corresponding award or above; Emerald to Founders Diamond refers to Distributors who have never qualified for the corresponding award or above since PF2014/2015.
  2. Founders Platinum (FP): Attain 12 qualified Silver Producer months or attain 10 or 11 qualified Silver Producer months with annual total PV (VE) of 144,000 and 10 or 11 months with an annual Personal Group PV (GPV) of 120,000 in one performance year.
  3. Emerald (EBR): In the same performance year, personally or foster sponsored 3 Q6 Distributors Groups, and Distributor himself/herself must be Platinum qualifier.
  4. Founders Emerald (FEBR): In the same performance year, personally or foster sponsored 3 FP Groups, and Distributor himself/herself must be Platinum qualifier.
  5. Diamond (DBR): In the same performance year, personally or foster sponsored 6 Q6 Distributors Groups, and Distributor himself/herself must be Platinum qualifier.
  6. Founders Diamond (FDBR): In the same performance year, personally or foster sponsored 6 FP Groups, and Distributor himself/herself must be Platinum qualifier.
  7. In addition to fulfilling the requirements of the award, Distributors must also demonstrate good business ethics and comply with the various requirements of the Amway Rules of Conduct. Otherwise, the bonuses will not be issued.
