Yes, you can fill in the No. 1 Business of your overseas market in the International Sponsor column on the application form, and please tick this No. 1 Business as your International Sponsor. Please note that according to Amway's requirements for the development of multiple business in January 2015*, in general, if you want to establish a Multiple Business in another market, you must currently be the qualifier of Platinum in any Amway market in the world, or you are a resident in the market you intend to develop and/or your immediate family members (including parents, spouses or children) live in the target market and legally own and operate Amway business in the target market. *Amway has implemented a new policy from January 1, 2015 to protect the integrity of the Line of Sponsorship, promote harmony between the Line of Sponsorship, and to help ABOs to develop in new markets with sufficient information, and at the same time develop the Amway business in accordance with the comprehensive Rules of Conduct. Two relevant requirements of the new policy are: 1)ABOs must currently meet the qualifications of Platinum and 2)must pass the "Multiple Business Verification" before they can develop a No.2 Business in a market that allows foreign ABOs to operate legally. Since June 1, 2016, ABOs must still meet the requirements for Platinum, but they are not required to pass the"Multiple Business Verification".

Privileged Customers can log in to AmShop and apply to change the referring ABO at "Change Personal Information" after the 30th day from the joining date and/or follow the original sposnor over 30 days. For more information, please contact our customer service.

Yes. You can apply sales account type conversion online at any time if you have a valid Privileged Customer membership. You can log in to the respective website and complete the application online. If your Privileged Customer membership has already been expired, you can renew the membership first, and apply sales account type conversion the next day after membership renewal completed.
No, change of Sponsor will not be entertained. If you are a current Privileged Customer and would like to change your Sponsor, you are required to follow a 30-day cooling-off period. For newly joined Privileged Customer, change of Sponsor will be accepted after 30 days from the date of joining; if a Privileged Customer who changed Sponsor before and wish to change Sponsor again, the application would only be accepted after 30 days from the effective date of previous Sponsor changing. Privileged Customer can log in to “My Account>Account Management>Change Sponsor” and fill in related Sponsor’s information, and accept the terms and conditions listed.
Yes, you can add international sponsor when applying sales account type conversion online. Please ensure you have filled in the correct ABO number of your International Sponsor. Please note international sponsoring is not available in Amway China and Amway Vietnam.
Yes, you are welcome to add the international sponsor as your Number 1 business during online sales account type conversion. Please pay attention, ABO who establish a Multiple Business in another market, he/she must be at least at Qualified Platinum level in an Amway market effective January 1, 2015. Certain markets like Amway China and Amway Japan impose more stringent requirements.
Amway China: Sales Representative must be at the Sr Sales Manager level or above and they required to pass the Multiple Business Certification test.
To comply with “Personal Information Protection Law” enactment, all international sponsor linkage between Amway China and other affiliate have been suspended, these include prohibition of ABO from other affiliate establishing their international business in Amway China, and Sales Representatives from Amway China are prohibited to establish the international business in any other affiliate until further notice.
Amway Japan: ABOs must be a Diamond Bonus Recipient (DBR) in the prior Performance Year before register a Multiple Business in another Amway market.
No. online application for sales account type conversion from ABO to Privileged Customer is not available for Hong Kong market at this moment. If you would like to change your sales account type from ABO to Privileged Customer, please go to any Amway Merchandising Centres to fill in “Termination of ABOship and Application for Privileged Customer Authorization” within three months from the expiry date of your ABOship.
(i). If applicant or spouse was ABO before, and less than 180 days from the date of being a previous ABO, the application for sales account type conversion will not be accepted.
(ii). If applicant or spouse was ABO before, and more than 180 days from the date of being a previous ABO, applicant who can complete the Inactivity Period Declaration and change the sales account type to ABO.

Starting from January 1, 2020, changing status from Privileged Customer to ABO will be effective immediately. To make it easier for ABOs to understand their membership status when purchasing, we have added membership information to the purchase order, indicating whether he/she is an ABO or a Privileged Customer.

If you have already terminated the Amway ABOship but wish to resume the ABOship, you must apply in writing. Please submit your written application to our company together with your signature and a photocopy of your ID card, as well as the signed consent of your first Platinum in the Line of Sponsorship.
As Amway regards husband and wife as one membership, if the husband has joined as an ABO or Privileged Customer and his wife is interested in joining Amway as an ABO or Privileged Customer, he can add his wife's name to his own membership to own the same membership together. According to Amway Rules of Conduct Sections 3.2, 3.2.1, 3.2.2, 3.2.3 and 6.6 and the Privileged Customer Agreement section 1.5 and 1.6, regardless of ABO or Privileged Customer, husband and wife can only enjoy the rights and interests of one membership. Applicants are required to visit any Amway Merchandising Centres in person and fill in the Changes to Current Status of ABOship / PC Membership Form. The couple should both sign on the form, together with the following documents for verification by Amway. 1. The ID card of the couple 2. A copy of the marriage certificate (for ABOs)
An Amway ABOship can only be owned by an individual or a couple. However, subject to Section 3.2.4 of the Rules of Conduct, eligible Platinum who are widowed or divorced can add their children aged 18 or above to join as partners of their ABOship.
(i). The Platinum who applies must submit relevant documents to prove their relationship with the children who will join.
(ii). The maximum number of partners is two.
(iii). Platinum and their children will be treated as a partner to operate the same ABOship. Therefore, both parties will enjoy the same rights and have the same obligations of the ABOship. They are both bound by the Rules of Conduct. If one of them violates the rules, their partner must also bear the same responsibility.
Privileged Customers can go to the Merchandising Centres to submit the completed Changes to Current Status of ABOship / PC Membership Form and present the ID cards of both couple for verification, or log in to www.amway.com.hk, Account Management -> Personal Particulars [Application for Joint Membership]. ABOs can go to the Merchandising Centres to submit the completed Changes to Current Status of ABOship / PC Membership Form together with a photocopy of the marriage certificate and the ID cards of both couple for verification.
Please complete the "Termination of ABOship Form" and return a copy to us with your registered HKID/Passport copy for processing the application. It takes around 4 weeks to process upon receipt of the said documents. Kindly submit the documents to us in the following ways:

ABOs who complete the termination of Amway business within 12 months from the month of application, Amway will refund the application fee of HK$380. Please fill in the bank account information on the termination form to receive the refund. If no bank account is provided, Amway will issue a cheque and mail it to the registered address.
The application fee for Privileged Customer is HK$100. If a Privileged Customer wish to terminate his/her membership within 30 days after the membership becomes effective, and the gift coupon is not used, Amway will provide a full refund on the application fee. If a Privileged Customer wish to terminate his/her membership, he/she can notify Amway in writing at any time. Please note that unless the termination is submitted within the above specified period and under the specified condition, the relevant application fee/renewal fee will not be refunded.
You can visit the Merchandising Centres or ask your Platinum / Diamond of the group to fill in the "Changes to Current Status of ABOship / PC Membership Form", or log in to AmShop www.amway.com.hk ->Account Management to edit.
ABOs / Privileged Customers can change their personal contact information online or fill out a form and submit it to the Merchandising Centres for processing.
When you become an Amway ABO, Amway will provide various product information and support to you. The annual renewal represents that you are willing to continue to be an Amway ABO. You can introduce this business opportunity to friends and relatives who are interested in developing Amway business. Therefore, in order to protect your rights, you must renew every year.
The effective period of Privileged Customer membership / ABOship is twelve months from the month of issuance. Privileged Customer and ABO are required to renew their membership every year to continue to enjoy the Amway shopping privilege (purchase Amway products at ABO Price). ABOs also need to apply for renewal in order to continue to develop their Amway business. Please note that about one year after the membership expires, the record will be deleted from the system. Therefore, it is recommended to renew as soon as possible.
In addition, if Privileged Customers/ABOs spend DP HK$5,000/MOP5,160 or above within the 12-month validity period of their Membership/ABOship, they are entitled to one-year free renewal and one HK$100/MOP103 e-coupon. The e-coupon is valid within 60 days from the date of renewal and will be expired thereafter. Please note one HK$100/MOP 103 e-coupon can be used upon a single purchase of Amway products at HK$500/MOP 516 or above.
Renewal can be applied three months before the membership expires. The renewal fee for Privileged Customer membership is HK$100/MOP103. The renewal fee for ABOship is HK$180/MOP186 (a HK$10 handling fee will be charged for late renewal).
Upon renewal, Privileged Customers/ABOs will receive one HK$100/MOP103 e-coupon and one HK$60/MOP62 e-coupon respectively. Please note that one HK$100/MOP 103 e-coupon can be used upon a single purchase of Amway products at HK$500/MOP 516 or above for Privileged Customers; and one HK$60/MOP62 e-coupon can be used upon a single purchase of Amway products at HK$300/MOP310 or above for ABOs.
If you are currently not in Hong Kong / Macau and want to renew your membership, you can log in to the AmShop at https://amshop.amway.com.hk/login with a credit card to renew. Select "Amway Business Center" > "Online Renew". You can also entrust your relatives and friends to go to Mechandising Centres to renew and pay the renewal fee. If you wish your relatives and friends to purchase products on behalf of you, you must authorize them in writing (name and ID card number must be printed on the authorization letter), together with a photocopy of your ID card, and submit to any Amway Mechandising Centres.
You can also fill in the Notice of Intent to Continue Your ABOship Form or Privileged Customer Renewal Form and mail the crossed cheque to P.O. Box 34864, King's Road Post Office, North Point, Hong Kong.
It is recommended to provide a bank account for direct deposit of bonuses. If no bank information is provided, the bonus will be issued by cheque (handling fee will be waived in the sign-up month, after that every cheque will be charged a HK$10 handling fee).
Fill in the Issuing Bonuses Directly to All ABO Form and submit a photocopy of the bank account.
Monthly performance bonus can only be deposited into perosnal current/saving account of ABOship owner.

The Core Plus Programme replaces the current Growth Incentive Program. Like the Growth Incentive Program, the Core Plus Programme will continuously be reviewed and improved from time to time.
The Core Plus Programme makes the reward schemes of all Amway markets more consistent, and is based on the Core Plan, making achievements more predictable and increasing the potential for leaders' profit. Through the multiplier of the Core Plus Programme, ABOs can achieve higher awards or increase the bonus of the Core Plan to receive more bonuses.
The Core Plus Programme aims to establish a stable and sustainable structure for leaders. Rewards of the Core Plus Programme include:. Customer Sales Incentive, Bronze Foundation Incentive, Personal Group Growth Incentive and Frontline Growth Incentive; new Platinum and up ABOs can also pursue for the Two-Time Cash Incentive.
By increasing the investment of primary ABOs, Amway allows leaders to focus on increasing sales performance, the number of Silver Producer months of the downline groups, and cultivating new leaders.
The Core Plus Programme is designed to make the original rewards more predictable and consistent globally. Currently, Amway does not have any plans to change the Core Plus Programme, but these bonuses are subject to change at any time. Amway will regularly evaluate the ABO's reward program to ensure that it can provide enough motivation and rewards to ABOs.
Since 2018, Amway has launched the "eCard" to replace the physical Amway ABO and Privileged Customer identification cards. ABO and Privileged Customer can use the eCard on AmwayHub and for purchasing products or attending meetings from January 1, 2018, which is convenient and fast!
Please note that the physical Amway ABO and Privileged Customer identification cards for those who joined on or before December 31, 2017 are still vaild. However, the company encourages everyone to use "eCard" to enjoy a more convenient shopping experience. Please note that the physical identification card will not be issued to new ABO and Privileged Customer or those who lost their physical cards.
As the Amway Privileged Customer identification card is issued to Privileged Customers, the card belongs to the Amway Privileged Customer himself/herself. This card and membership cannot be transferred to others. Amway Privileged Customer should use the card in person or presents identification documents to prove that you are the Privileged Customer himself/herself. Otherwise, any benefits conferred by this card will not be given to anyone.
Amway HK offers its Privileged Customers and ABOs Satisfaction Guarantee for specified periods. ABOs and Privileged Customers have respectively 90 and 30 days to determine if the products are satisfactory and if you want to keep it. If within such applicable period you decide that the products are not satisfactory, you may return or exchange it upon presentation of the original sales receipt or delivery order receipt to any of the Amway Merchandising Centres (excluding specified product guarantees ). Refund will be made by cash e-voucher and it may take 1-5 working days.
According to the current policy of Amway China, in the direct selling industry, anyone who meets the legal requirements and company regulations and intends to engage in Amway business can apply directly to Amway China.
