The Atmosphere Mini™ Air Treatment System draws air from the room through the front cover and into its 3-in-1 filter. The 3-in-1 filter combines the Pre-filter, that removes large particles; the HEPA filter, that removes particles as small as 0.0024 microns; and the Carbon filter, that removes odors and other gases into one compact filter. The filter removes harmful allergens, pollutants, and other containments from the air that passes through the system. The filtered air is then discharged upward through the grill on the back of the unit.
The unit uses a unique internal air circulation system. The dual-part Intelligent Flow Assembly directs the air flow inside the unit, moving air in a pattern that minimizes resistance and noise and maximizes air flow.
No, once the viruses and bacteria are captured on the filter they are essentially trapped and neutralized on the filter. There is little risk of exposure when changing the filter. A best practice is to remove the used filter, place it in a plastic bag and carry it to the waste container. You are also recommended to wash hands after completing the process.
Life of the filter depends upon your use conditions and the environment, but usually the 3-in-1 filter lasts from 6-10 months.
Remember to pay close attention to the filter indicator on the control panel or the status of the filter in the Amway Healthy Home App, and replace the filter in time to ensure that the system maintains the best filtration performance.
You can consider cleaning the Pre-filter if large particles begin to accumulate on the front of the filter. To clean, you can either vacuum it off or wipe/brush with a clean cloth. Please be careful when cleaning the pre-filter layer to avoid causing damage to it. Do not use water or any other liquid cleaner. Please note that cleaning of the pre-filter layer is not a must and it won’t affect the life of the filter.

If you set the system to AUTO mode, the system will monitor the dust level of the room air and adjust the system fan speed when appropriate. If you prefer to manually set the speed and have it be constant, then it can be any of the 3 speeds. Each speed will clean a different amount of air per hour and will also produce differing levels of sound.

No. Amway Air Treatment Systems (including the discontinued Atmosphere and the hot selling Atmosphere Sky™ and Atmosphere Mini™) adopt physical filtration technology and are designed to run behind the filter through a high-efficiency motor, thereby generating suction, drawing air into the Air Treatment System from the surrounding environment, and then passing through a 3-stage filtration system (including Pre-Filter, HEPA Filter and Odour Filter) to remove contaminants in the air. When the unit is turned off, the motor will gradually stop operating and turn into a static state, and the air volume drawn will gradually decrease to zero, so there will be no sudden change in the airflow or wind direction. Airborne contaminants (including particles and various bacteria and viruses) are trapped in the fine fibers of the HEPA Filter when passing through. They will not escape or be released back into the air. HEPA Filter has been used in isolation wards in hospitals for a long time to prevent the spread of microorganisms in the air, and its effectiveness is widely recognized, so customers do not need to worry.
No. Since the size of the odour molecules is very small (at nanometer level), they can pass through the HEPA Filter, it mainly relies on the activated carbon in the Odour Filter to capture and adsorb odour molecules (the odour molecules will be adsorbed and attached on the activated carbon), thereby reducing the concentration of the odour in the air. However, the size of viruses and bacteria (at micron level) is much larger than odour molecules, which can be effectively captured and removed by the HEPA Filter, so customers do not need to worry. Both Atmosphere Sky™ and Atmosphere Mini™ can effectively remove particles as small as 0.0024 microns, and the single pass efficiency is as high as 99.99%. The products have obtained several international authoritative certifications, and their performance is trustworthy.
