Distributor must personally or foster sponsor seven or more Distributor Groups, each of which qualifies at the 21% Performance Bonus Level in at least six months during the performance year. The sponsor must be a qualified Platinum Distributor.
Bonus of the qualified Diamond Plus Bonus recipient = Diamond Plus Bonus x Payment units of a qualified Diamond Plus Bonus recipient / Total Payment units of all qualified Diamond Plus Bonus recipients.

Each fiscal year, Amway sets aside 0.25% of total BV of all personally and foster sponsored 21% groups of qualified Diamond Plus Bonus recipients as the Diamond Plus Bonus Fund.
With reference to the table on previous page, you can calculate the payment units assigned to each qualified Diamond Plus Bonus recipient, and then add up to get the total units.
Divide the Diamond Plus Bonus Fund by the total payment units will give a dollar value per unit. Multiply this with the payment units of a qualified Diamond Plus Bonus recipient will be his bonus amount.
This amount is to be paid before the end of the calendar year for the previous performance year.
You have personally or foster sponsored eight 21% groups. Each of them achieved 21% Performance Bonus Level for eight months in the same fiscal year. You are then a qualified Diamond. Besides a Diamond Bonus, you will also receive a Diamond Plus Bonus.
Your Diamond Plus Bonus Payment Units = 8 units x 8 months x 100 = 6,400 units
Assuming the average bonus amount per payment unit in a given year is $20
Your Diamond Plus Bonus = 6,400 units x $20 = $128,000
You have personally or foster sponsored eighteen 21% groups in a fiscal year. Three groups achieved 21% Performance Bonus Level for four months, five groups for six months, five groups for nine months and the other five groups for 12 months. You have got in total 15 groups with qualified volume for at least six out of 12 months in the same performance year.
Your Diamond Plus Payment Units = ( 5 groups x 6 months + 5 groups x 9 months + 5 groups x 12 months) X 300 = 40,500 units
Assuming the average bonus amount per payment unit in a given year is $14
Your Diamond Plus Bonus = 40,500 groups X $14 = $567,000
