CORE PLUS+ INCENTIVE PROGRAM

The Amway Core Plus discretionary incentives program rewards sustainable business structure, global program designed to complement the Amway ABO Compensation Plan (the Core Plan). Core Plus+ incentives can help business owners start earning more from their first sale, and rewards can keep growing as an ABO’s business does.

Bronze Foundation Incentive+ (Monthly Bonuses)

Notes:

  1. If ABOs are qualified for Bronze Builder Incentive, they can receive both Bronze Foundation Incentive and Bronze Builder Incentive in the same month.

Target

ABOs whose highest Performance Bonus percentage level is 12% or below in last Performance Year and who have never received Bronze Foundation Incentive in the past.

 

 

Eligibility

Qualified Recipients whose Performance Bonus percentage level is 9% or above; and at least personally or foster sponsored 3 legs who achieve 3% Percentage Bonus level or above; and generate 100 Personal PV or more of that month.

 

 

Eligible Period

12M ABO receive up to 12 months of
“Bronze Foundation Incentive” for rolling 18 months,
counting from the first month of qualification.

Target

ABOs who have not qualified for Gold in the past 3 performance years (from September 2020 to the first Bronze month) and who have never received Bronze Builder Incentive in the past.

 

 

Eligibility

Qualified Recipients whose Performance Bonus level is 15% or above; and at least personally or foster sponsored 3 legs who achieve 6% Performance Bonus level or above; and generate 100 Personal PV or more of that month.

12M ABO receive up to 12 months of
“Bronze Builder Incentive” for rolling 18 months,

Performance Plus Incentive (Monthly Bonuses)
Bonus Calculation Method

Receive 1% of Ruby Business Volume (RBV) of that month;

Notes:

  1. Silver months which are qualified for Performance Plus Incentive do not include those attained through Auto Topping Scheme.
  2. The maximum Performance Plus Incentive of each ABOship every month is HK$3,200.

Attain Qualified Silver of that month; and

 

Ruby PV is 10,001 or above in current month.

Personal Group Growth Incentive (Annual Bonuses)
Bonus Calculation Method

Notes:

  1. Qualified PQ months should be in line with corresponding Ruby Volume stated in above table during the performance year. If qualified PQ months cannot meet the corresponding Ruby Volume required, the number of qualified PQ months will be counted based on the lower Ruby Volume required level.
  2. Required Ruby Volume is accumulated within the performance year.
  3. If the PQ months attained by PQ1-PQ6 qualifiers of current performance year are less than the actual number of qualified Silver months, Personal Group Growth Incentive will be calculated based on the highest Performance Bonus amount of the PQ months.
  4. If the annual Ruby Volume attained by Q7-Q12 qualifiers of current performance year is less than 60,000, they will still receive the corresponding PQ1-PQ6 Personal Group Growth Incentive based on the Ruby Volume and PQ months they have attained.
  5. Attaining Q10 or Q11 with an annual total PV (VE) of 144,000 or attaining Q10 or Q11 with an annual Personal Group PV (GPV) of 120,000 in current performance year is equivalent to Founders Platinum qualification, but meanwhile Ruby Volume must be no less than 60,000, then PQ months are counted based on the actual number of qualified Silver Producer months (that is PQ10 or PQ11).
  6. The maximum bonus amount of Personal Group Growth Incentive for each Distributorship is HK$160,000.
Target

Qualified Silver and up ABOs in current Performance Year.

 

 

Eligibility

Have increased or maintained their total Personal Qs (PQ) over PQ baseline in last performance year, and earned the required Ruby Volume. (See below table)

Required Annual Ruby Volume in current PF:
・PQ1 - PQ6 : Average 5,000 Ruby PV per month
・PQ7 - PQ12 : 60,000 Ruby PV

Frontline Growth Incentive (Annual Bonuses)
Bonus Calculation Method

Bonus amount is based on designated bonus ratio of Annual Monthly Core Plan Bonuses earned by Distributors. Annual Monthly Core Plan Bonuses include:
 

i) Monthly Performance Bonus, Ruby Bonus, Pearl Bonus, 6% Leadership Bonus (International Leadership Bonus is not included);and

ii) 3% Leadership Bonus and 4% Leadership Bonus (generate by foster sponsored downline group only)

Notes:

  1. ABO shall attain Q10 or Q11 with annual total PV (VE) of 140,000 or Q10 or Q11 with an annual Personal Group PV of 120,000 by downline Founders Platinum ABO Groups will count 12 qualified silver months to upline ABOs.
  2. Attaining Q10 or Q11 with an annual total PV (VE) of 144,000 or Q10 or Q11 with an annual Personal Group PV (GPV) of 120,000 by downline Founders legs in current and previous two performance years will count 12 qualified silver producer months to upline ABOs for calculating the qualified silver producer months of downline groups and baseline of Frontline Growth Incentive of current performance year.
  3. Qualified Emerald must also be recipients of Emerald Bonus to receive the 30% or 40% of Frontline Growth Incentive. Otherwise, only 10% or 20% of Frontline Growth Incentive will be applied.
  4. Qualified Diamond must also be recipients of Diamond Bonus to receive 35% or 45% of Frontline Growth Incentive. Otherwise, only 30% or 40% of Frontline Growth Incentive will be applied.
  5. The maximum bonus amount of Frontline Growth Incentive of each ABO is $560,000.
Target

ABOs who are qualified Founders Platinum and up in current Performance Year

 

Eligibility

The number of Silver month attained by  your personally or foster sponsored downline groups in current performance year is maintained or increased compared to the average number (round down) of Silver month attained by your personally or foster sponsored downline groups in previous two performance years (a maximum of one Silver month will be counted for each group) ; and

ABO himself/herself must attain 12 qualified Silver months in same performance year or attain Q10 or Q11 with an annual total PV (VE) of 144,000 or Q10 or Q11 with an annual  Personal Group PV (GPV) of 120,000; and

Have earned HK$12,000 or above annual Leadership Bonus (Leadership bonus includes personally/foster leadership bonus, excluding international leadership bonus); and

Accumulate at least 60,000 annual Ruby Volume.

Two-Time Cash Incentive (Annual Bonuses)

Notes:

  1. The definition of first-time qualifying for new award; Platinum to Founders Sapphire refers to ABOs who have never qualified for the corresponding award or above.
  2. The definition of first-time qualifying for new award: Emerald to Founders Diamond refers to ABOs who have never qualified for Double Diamond or above in the past and have never qualified for the corresponding award since PF2014/2015.
  3. Founders Platinum (FP): Attain 12 qualified Silver months or attain 10 or 11 qualified Silver months with annual total PV (VE) of 144,000 and 10 or 11 months with an annual Personal Group PV (GPV) of 120,000 in one performance year.
  4. Emerald (EBR): In the same performance year, personally or foster sponsored 3 Q6 ABOs Groups, and ABO himself/ herself must be Platinum ABO.
  5. Founders Emerald (FEBR): In the same performance year, personally or foster sponsored 3 Founders Platinum (FP) Groups, and ABO himself/ herself must be Platinum ABO.
  6. Diamond (DBR): In the same performance year, personally or foster sponsored 6 Q6 ABOs Groups, and ABO himself/ herself must be Platinum ABO.
  7. Founders Diamond (FDBR): In the same performance year, personally or foster sponsored 6 Founders Platinum (FP) Groups, and ABO himself/ herself must be Platinum ABO.
Target

ABOs who are qualified for New Platinum, Founders Platinum (FP) Note 2, Sapphire, Founders Sapphire, Emerald (EBR) Note 3, Founders Emerald (FEBR) Note 4, Diamond (DBR) Note 5 and Founders Diamond (FDBR) Distributors Note 6 in performance year.

Eligibility

Qualified for new achievement awards in the performance year and requalified for the same award or even higher in the next performance year.

Core Plus Remarks
  • Only sales volume generated in Hong Kong and Macau will be counted.
  • The above discretionary incentives are the content of Core+ Program in PF2023/2024 and are not part of the core Amway Sales & Marketing Plan. All incentives will be released upon verification by Amway.
  • In addition to fulfilling the requirements of the award, ABOs must also demonstrate good business ethics and comply with the various requirements of the Amway Rules of Conduct. Otherwise, the bonuses will not be issued.
  • Amway will comprehensively review the awards recognition procedures for all matters related to ABOs. In the event of inappropriate matters, Amway may decide not to issue part of or all the bonuses or awards on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances of the case, the attitude of the ABO, the motivation for behavior and other factors.
  • If the performance is degraded or does not meet the award qualification due to the return of merchandise, the performance will be recalculated or the relevant award qualification will be cancelled, and the bonus difference must be returned. If the afore-mentioned recalculation of performance or revocation of award qualification affects the performance calculation or related award qualification of their Sponsors in the Line of Sponsorship, it should also be adjusted.
  • Amway reserves the right to review the effectiveness of each award and the market environment before the end of the performance year, and decide whether to revise, cancel or continue the awards in the next performance year.
  • For any changes made to the qualification, the announcement of Amway Expresss hall prevail.
  • Amway Hong Kong Ltd. reserves the right of the final decision.
